DOES OZONE KILL CORONAVIRUS?
Our official statement is simple - we are not scientists or doctors and there is absolutely no way that we can guarantee our machines kill the Covid-19 virus. We encourage you to conduct your own independent research. What we can say is that the demand for our machines has spiked considerably. We are trying to limit the sales of our MaxBlasters to existing customers, first responders, and those who are already familiar with how to use ozone machines properly. Contact us for more info.
ARE WE OPEN FOR BUSINESS?
Yes we are open and working safely from isolated workplaces. Due to extremely-high call volume we suggest emailing us instead of calling us. Under normal circumstances we are usually happy to give you all the time in the world. Please understand we are very busy and trying to respond to everyone in a timely manner.
WHAT MACHINES ARE AVAILABLE?
We have simplified our production to only our PRO Edition machines. This is the ideal machine for fast treatments, commercial intensity, and low-maintenance use. We have a limited number of machines available and expect periodic downtime due to supply chain delays soon. The current inventory is posted on our website every day. We are prioritizing our sales to existing customers and first responders. The maximum limit is 3 units each. Contact us for more information prior to purchasing.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Our website is updated every morning to reflect accurate availability and shipping times. Please refer to the shipping estimate posted in the red section on the left side of this page for today's update. Once your machine ships it will take 1-4 days to arrive via FedEx ground from Cleveland, Ohio. Tracking information is emailed to you by FedEx.
WHAT IS THE RETURN / SERVICE POLICY?
During the pandemic we have temporarily cancelled our return policy. No returns will be accepted for at least the next 90 days. If you are unsure how to use ozone and whether or not our machines will be effective for your application please do not buy online. Contact us to order by phone. Our warranty policy remains the same. Our service program is limited right now so please take care of your machine. Do not mishandle it or lend it to someone who is careless. Contact us prior to purchasing.
ARE WE ADDING NEW DEALERS / BUSINESS START-UPS?
We are currently not accepting any new dealers, resellers, custom machine requests, or business "start-up" ventures. We are working primarily with our existing customers, first responders, and those who are already familiar with how to use ozone for commercial applications. Please do not expect us to respond to your business proposals if you are new to ozone and only seeking an opporunity to capitalize on the current demand. ARE WE ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
