1. PREPARE DOCUMENTATION
Print any email corresponence and documentation related to your current situation/service need. Include it inside the box that you use for shipping.
2. PACKAGE YOUR MACHINE
Package your MaxBlaster in any shipping box. Do not worry about overprotecting it because the components of value are not especially fragile. Please do not use egg shells or any messy wrapping material. Keep it clean and simple. Thank you.
3. WRITE YOUR NAME OUTSIDE THE BOX
Write your name and/or business name in bold letters on the outside of the box. This will help us locate it when you contact us upon its arrival. Be sure that your name is visible on the outside of the box and do not rely only on the small shipping label provided my your carrier.
4. SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS

You may use UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS.
5. FOLLOW THE TRACKING INFORMATION
Follow the tracking information provided by your carrier at the time of shipment. It is not necessary to email us the tracking number. Once you notice that your package has arrived to our location contact us again to begin your service/refurbish/replacement process.
6. CONTACT US UPON ARRIVAL
Once your package has arrived to our location please contact us and provide us your name (written on the outside of the box). We can then locate your package and discuss in real time the next steps involved in servicing/refurbishing/replacing your machine. Please note that we do not open packages until contacted again by the customer. So please follow your tracking information and contact us once it arrives to begin the process. Thank you!
